"TV did no work the screen was black. Called to ask to have repaired the workers was not at the hotel. Hot water took forever to get at the shower I observerd that many other rooms still available (based on thempty parking spots night and early morning) when I was there but was told all that was available was the most expensive they offer! Use my name and all identification for this, it actually saved me from wriring a letter to the Corporate offices. I believe a refund is in order. Gary Bayless 1326 Michele Way Santa Rosa, CA 95404"
